While applying patch 7303030, below is the error encountered.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Unable to apply patch. An error message File in patch is not a known Oracle Applications file:
'admin top Preinstall_Codelevel_MP.txt'


Customer is following the document 752619.1 to install the maintenance pack patch.


Please suggest.
