ORA-29276: transfer timeout

Hi,

I'm trying to send a mail by connecting to mail server. Initially, the error was "ORA-24247: Network access denied by access control list". I have resolved the issue by providing the necessary privs to the user and now, only, "ORA-29276: transfer timeout" is thrown. Manually when i send a mail from the database server using the same IP and Port, I'm able to send the mail.

There is no errors in alert log. Can any one help me in this regard?
