Planning Bill not shown as Demand in ASCP

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question


We are in 12.1.3. Defined a  Planning Item  ( with Item template as Planning Item)- Bom type as Planning Bill. Defined a Planning Bill with group of  related Items. After Data collection   and Launching the ASCP plan  - Planning Item is not shown in ASCP workbench .

Enabled the MPS planning  (Item attribute under MPS/MRP Planning - Originally this has been set as '  No' as per the Item template  - 'Planning Item")  still no results in Workbench.

Found a Note in ASCP UG   under Forecasting Planning Bill.  " In Oracle  Bills of Material you can define multilevel Planning Bills , with multiple level of planning Items  to represent groups of Related products  that you want to forecast by family. Typically you can order components of planning Bill, but not the planning Item itself".
