F4105 not updating correct 02 weighted cost correctly.

We are on E9.10 using weighted average costing. When we complete a work order the cost in ledger $14.36 does not match cost for weighted average $.5856 (there was no previous inventory and F4105 cost was .0000). I have attached document showing F3102, P4111 and P4105. Shouldn't the item ledger cost and F4105 match under these circumstances?
