LPN data corruption during putaway

Hello,

We are having data corruption in putaway process.

During putaway(entire LPN drop), the receiving transaction processor errored out with deadlock error. Few lines part of the LPN struck in interface and some delivered properly. I m unable to complete the receiving transaction for the other because the LPN context became 'In Inventory' and LPN contents have all the line including the one that is not delviered. Please advice on best way to approach to complete the transaction for now and to find possible root cause.
