Siebel Menu Edit- Change records functionality is not working in 8.2.2.4

Hi Guru,

We are trying to do mass change in Siebel Positions using Edit Menu-->Change Record functionality in our stage environment. We selected 17 records and perform mass change and only one record got updated.

Note: Stage environment is having 11 app serve.

We tried the same in our development environment and it worked fine.All the 17 records got updated successfully. Dev environment is also having the same Siebel version(8.2.2.4 with patchset5). Only difference is Dev has only one app server.


I am getting above mentioned issue on the environments where we have multiple app servers. Issue is not occurring in one app server environment.
