R12.2.3 - performance tuning

Hi,

We are upgrading our environment from 11i to R12.2.3 .   We have done couple of test cycles and we are in UAT phase.    There are lot of java processes which is taking up lot of resources.

We have default configuration and have not made any changes to weblogic / mid tier.   Can you please let us know, how to tune the java process for optimal performance.

OS : AIX 6.1

Database and applications in same box

Memory 24 G

cpu 4

number of concurrent users 75-100
