How do we map Bilaterally Determined elements or Non Supported elements for CGI pain.001.001.03

How do we map Bilaterally Determined elements or Non Supported elements for CGI pain.001.001.03

The Oracle pain 001.001.03 mapping doc shows fields which are BD Bilaterally Determined with a Bank and also NU Not Used. Both Say not supported for the element. If the bank requires one of these fields, how do we pick it up in the payment tempalte?

Do we have to add the tag to the seeded xml/xld?
