How to enforce Capex Budgetary control at Purchase Order Level

We have a requirement to enforce CAPEX budgetary control at Purchase Order Level. As per my understanding, at PO level we can only enforce Budgetary Control for Asset clearing account, because at PO level that account would be used. Is there any possibility that we can enforce budgetary control at PO level for various asset accounts.

OPEX budgetary control at Purchase Order Level is already enforced.
