Org_Id being populated in cs_sr__incidents_v_sec table from depot Repair

Hi, in Depot Repair when generating a Service Request from a new Repair - there is no ORG_ID being populated into the cs_sr_incidents_v_sec table  - question is - Should there be? If yes what profile etc. controls this feild.
