Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

Using EBS R12, Is there any limit that after modified or created by Application Developer Responsibility,

it can’t modify or delete by SYSADMIN anymore.

I tested in our test-environment like following:

Login EBS with Application Developer Responsibility -> Concurrent -> Program,

Query Concurrent Program A , define [incompatible] and save it.

Login EBS with System Administrator Responsibility - > Concurrent Program -> Define

Query Concurrent Program A, try to delete the incompatible which defined in step 1,

but the following error occurred:

APP-FND-00114 You cannot modify or delete an incompatible program that was defined by an application developer

My CT wants to know is there any other function will occurred the similar error, once modified by Application Developer Responsibility
