fndgfm.jsp error showing in user machine

Dear all,

I am facing the above mentioned error in one user machine. During exporting of data we face this issue although it works fine in other machines.

Even if we are login with administrator(domain) it works fine on the same machine, but when we login with other domain user it throw error please let me know how can we sort it out.

operating system:  windows 7 

IE                      :8 version

ebs                   : r12
