X4-2/X4-2L Rebooting when begin to install or work with them

Hi,

I´m installing 2 servers, 1 X4-2 & 1 X4-2L, both with Oracle Linux 6.5, after installed 2 servers, I'm presenting constant reboots in Both servers, this happens when I try to install software or anything, even with server without doing nothings reboots, I´m attaching snapshot full. I can see in logs in ILOM at both servers this lines but I don't know what means

/SYS has been reset by: IPMI, Reason: Watchdog

ID = 6e : 07/21/2014 : 20:37:49 : System Boot Initiated : sensor number = 0x00 : System Restart : Asserted

X4-2 32GB Memory 2 Disks of 300

X4-2L 128GB Memory 4 Disks of 300

I try in UEFI and Legacy Mode same result.
