BI Publisher Pdf with vertical field

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has developed a BI Publisher PDF Report with a field place vertically on the side of the report (to the right or left). I've tried creating this, but everytime the report runs, the vertical field is pushed to the bottom of the report. I've attached a sample of what I would  like to achieve. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
