chart is missing from excel output. Base image URL and image file directory are set correctly.

We have xml publisher 5.6.3 with R12. The image is genereated but in wrong server. We have database server and application server. Both servers have $OA_MEDIA directory. The Base Image URL points to application server $OA_MEDIA, however, each time when I run the concurrent request, I see the image is generated at databaser server $OA_MEDIA directory.
