Oracle Database on SAN Storage

Hi,

I have a single-instance 11g database running on a box. For better scalability, we intend to use SAN storage so we can scale up the storage space.

Please give some advice on the following

1. Partitioning to cater for control file and redo log multiplexing

2. Optimal Partitioning layout to allow for good I/O

3. Redundancy: Do I need to use any particular disk layout to cater for redundancy?

4. Should all the Oracle files (binaries and tablespace storage) be moved to the SAN?
