Remove promotion / confirmation recommendation on appraisal workflow to appraisee

Dear  team,

Here's my scenario.

We make use of Oracle EBS performance management module in my Organization.

This is the flow of our appraisal:

• Main appraiser initiates the appraisal and transfers to appraisee
• Appraisee receives a workflow notification and logs on to Oracle to provide feedback to main appraiser
• Appraisee shares back appraisal to main appraiser for recommendation / final comment
• Main appraisal inputs final comment / recommendation
• Main appraisal submits to 2nd level supervisor
• 2nd level supervisor reviews what the main appraiser has submitted
• 2nd level supervisor approves or rejects the appraisal
• If approved, appraisal is submitted to HR; otherwise it is sent back to main appraiser for possible correction
