Is DBUA recommended for 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 upgrade ?

Hi,

Oracle 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.4 on Ubuntu.

What is the best method to do the upgrade.  I have read several options and have discovered that in-place is not recommended.

Out of place is not an option I like personally.  I can backup the database, as it is not large, remove and reinstall. Is DBUA the way to go on this ?

Suggestions ?
