Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC)

Hi,I m getting below error while simulating workflow from tools.

Error: cannot get version of installed components (ENU SIA).

Any one have any idea about this issue.

I am able to Open the local and thick client in debug mode by pressing F5, but while simulating the WF I m getting above mentioned error.
