Supplier scheduling workbench shows negative Forecast

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are 12.1.3 .For a weekly bucket pattern in suplier scheduling workbench for one bucket planning forecast shows quantity in negative quantity for only one item. In the next bucket for the same item or in the next plan run quantity is in positive. Not sure whats wrong in it. Forecast data comes from ASCP.
