Anyone Else? SYSAUX 11.2.0.4 Not Purging All WRH$ Content, Orphaned Records

Hi, DBAs

We have about about a dozen 11.2.0.4 RAC databases on rhel 5.  Most are development, but one is in production.  For AWR, we use the default 8 day retention and 1 hour snapshot interval.  SYSAUX does not have autoextend set.  From v$sysaux_occupants, SM/AWR is the largest consumer.  The largest segments consuming space are all WRH$ objects, such as WRH$_EVENT_HISTOGRAM,

WRH$_LATCH, WRH$_SQLSTAT, etc. 

wrm$_wr_control.most_recent_purge_time is current; it changes daily, so the auto-purge is running.  So far, the only tables being maintained are wrm$_snapshot and wrm$_snapshot_details.  All the other WRH$ tables have orphaned records.  There are millions of records that are not being purged.  Partitions are not being added.  Based on these symptoms and lots of blog searches, auto-purge runs out of time.  However, if I run a manual purge (
