Using Scanners with Receiving module

Hello,

I am using PS Financials 9.0 thru Bundle 45, PTools 8.52.17.  We are in the process of implementing Asset Management, and as part of that will start Receiving in PeopleSoft.  Is it possible to use scanners that feed information to PS Receiving?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
