New ADF Bundle Patches Oracle Web Center Portal 11.1.1.7.1

Today when I see following notes 18353761 replaced by 18712656

If you see readme file for both, you will see some bug fixes are just for old ADF patch and some bug fixes are just for New ADF Patch.

Also if you see new Patch 18712656 in support site does not say it is replacing old ADF patch 18353761.

Any update on this is appreciated.
