Employee Vendor name format

Hello Team,

We are working on an upgrade project 12.1.2-->12.1.3 and came across following issue

HR Employee Name format <Last Name>, <First Name>

Vendor Name format  <First Name> <Last Name>

In release 12.1.3

Employee vendor name format is <Last Name>, <First Name>

Since vendor name format has changed in 12.1.3, Business is asking is to revert back to earlier format <First Name> <Last Name>. is there anyway of doing this ?

I ran Employee Update Program and do not see any difference.
