We went live with Oracle R12 last November. The testing of the applicant hire process via SSHR has never worked and multiple SR's have been logged. We have supplied multiple trace files, performed people template testing, and spent countless hours on trying to resolve these issues. Some of our issues are noted below.

My questions for the community: Do you use, or have you tried to use, the core requisition and vacancy funcationality from within Oracle EBS (not iRecruitement) and/or SSHR to process applicants? Did it work for you? I have print screens I can offer for a visual of the menu options.
