Siebel Marketing: 'Forward to Friend' feature

Hello Group,

We are planning to use the Siebel Forward to Friend Feature (FTF) for our Marketing emails. When I go thru the bookshelf  it says the Response: Forward to Friend is available in the HTML editor under the 'Response Forms', but I don't see it as an option there, but I could see other fields like the unsubscribe, read receipt etc. I verified in the Administartion - Marketing > Response Type, there is an entry for FTF.

Can  someone please let me the process for enabling this FTF feature? Thanks in Advance.
