15981173 : 12.0.6 : worker hangs with ORA-00054: resource busy

Hi : This issue will address the following issue

Patch 1598117 worker hanged..one, i try to applied on various test but same error

The worker log shows the following error

Time when worker failed: Sun Jul 20 2014 08:17:43

Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.

Time when worker started job: Sun Jul 20 2014 08:17:43

Start time for file is: Sun Jul 20 2014 08:17:43

Comparing objects in username APPLSYS with ODF file

/d01/silprod/SILPPROD/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/odf/afcmgr.odf

Reading objects from ODF file
