Profile option FND: Passivation Level to Resource Threshold

Hello

Does anyone know if the profile option FND: Passivation Level to Resource Threshold can affect the performance of the applications within EBS 12.13.?



FND: Passivation Level' is set to None at site level and no settings at any other levels
FND: Session Timeout Recovery Enabled is set to No at site level and a couple of applications (AK and FND) and set to Yes at 2 FWK responsibilities (FWK_TOOLBOX_TUTORIAL_LABS and FWK_TBX_TUTORIAL).


Any thoughts are appreciated.
