How to identify possible corrupted transactions

My customer has recently observed a very strange phenomena.

A user has entered a Purchase requisition receipt in iProcurement and unexpected other old Purchase Requisitions created more that 10 years ago by other requestor have been received in the Same Packing Slip / Group_id

I try to build a query that could identify all the Receipts that should have been unexpectidely processed like this

  1- requester is not the same as receiver

  2- same group_id but different shipment_header_id

  3- same packing_slip but different shipment_header_id

  4-receipts created after 1st of 2012 (when iprocurement was rolled out)
