Oracle Database Performance Issue

Hi All,

I have a problem that the oracle database is too  slow especially when selecting from payroll tables in order to view payroll run for specific month.

I've run "gather Schema Statistics " for ALL and Run "gather table statistics " for pay_run_result_values_v table, it is much t better  now but still slow.

Any suggestions??
