R12 - Drop Ship - Schedule ship date adjust on sales order

Hi

Oracle Applications : 12.1.2

Is it possible to reflect a change in the PO ship date back onto the original Sales order?

  • We raise a sales order for drop ship with schedule ship date of 25.07.2014

  • A PO is auto created with schedule ship date of 25.07.2014

  • The supplier informs that he cannot ship until 28.07.2014 so the PO is updated manually.
  • The updated date is not reflected back on the SO and the SO cannot be updated manually as it's linked to a PO.
