Prepaid contracts

Within our government agency we have recently implemented PeopleSoft Contract. Some departments have contracts who are paid for a part. These contracts we also want to capture in Contracts for the full amount. These are our prepaid contracts.

We have seen that there is a possibility for Prepaid contracts combined with billing type "rates" but we don't use that type. We only use "milestones". Project Costing, may implement at a later stage.

Our question is if there is another opportunity without Project Costing, so we have the part that is already paid off is recorded and that the remaining
