Unable to Close Trip Using Ship to Deliver Workflow

Starting to explore the Workflows in Shipping with the following setups

Global Parameters

Using Enable Workflows: Both

Raise Business Events : Checked

Enable Ship to Deliver Workflow : Checked

Shipping Parameter (Org)

Enable Workflow: Delivery

Raise Business Event : Checked

Enable Ship to Deliver Workflow :Checked

Notice that on Ship Confirming the Delivery the delivery moves to a Confirmed Status and Path by Stop are Open with  seq 10 and 20 for Awaiting Pickup and Awaiting Drop Off respectively. If I try to update the status of the stops then I get a message 'Error: This action cannot be performed on all selected records.'
