Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Hi all,

I recently cloned production to test and in the process lost central inventory and I did not take backup of Oracle home, or Central Inventory.

I realized this mistake when I tried to apply patch.  This is what I have now after the clone.

1. Central Inventory is missing.

2. Local inventory points to a mount point that does not exists.


The following shows my oracle xml file is incorrect . The path should be /degwk1 ...

$ORACLE_HOME/OPatch/opatch util LoadXML -xmlInput $ORACLE_HOME/inventory/ContentsXML/comps.xml
