In R12 FA to create accounting it ends with warning.

SLA is not using the Account Combination Defined in the Categories.

In GL CVR's are enabled and the account combinatios already exists in GL.

The error says: 95261 The account code combination xxx xxx xxx is invalid.

There are not customizations, and the problem is in the production instance, this is a go live. In the Test instance never showed this kind of problem.

Please, does someone has had the same issue?? How you fix it??
