OEM 12.1.0.3.0 Agent Install Fails on Agent Registration Password Error

Hi!

I attempted to perform a manual installation on AIX using the agent.rsp file method and at the end of the installation received the error:  Agent Configuration Failed SEVERE:emctl secure agent command has failed with status=1. Here are my questions:

1)  How do I validate if this is indeed an agent registration password issue or a host/port firewall issue?  When I installed OEM I thought I recoreded the correct password I stored at the time... so I would like a way to attempt to valide the password(if one exists).

2)  If it is an agent password issue, what steps can I take to complete the installation or do I need to completely uninstall the agent software and install it again?
