Generate Accounts - Completes with ERROR

We're woring to implementing R12.1.3 as an upgrade to our current 11i.   In FA when we run the 'Generate Accounts' in the 11i version it completes normal.  When run in R12 version it completes in error.

We use one ledger and one set of books for a group of different organizations.   We have configured SLA to account for all these variations.

In the set up the system carried forward the coding set up as a 'default' for each category of asset we have.

The various types of accounts such as Asset Cost, Depreciation Expense, Accumulated Depreciation all are defaulted with the coding 099.65OCG.00000.####.6500000.0000000.0000.
