8.1.1.11[23030]_PATCHSET9 Linux gateways services failed to start after patching

Hello Experts,

After the patch set 9 installation on 8.1.1.11 linux platform, we observed gateways services was not starting due permission issue, after providing the execute permission to bin folder we are able to start the services.

Please let me know whether it is know issue ?
