Installation of OEM Cloud control 12c

I am planning to install latest version of OEM 12c(12.1.0.4) in 64bit Windows 2008 server.

We are currently running 11g Grid Control in Solaris Sparc environment. Due to patch level restrictions and other business constraints, we are planning to go for a fresh installation of OEM 12c on a Windows box. It is relatively a small environment of close to 30 server targets. Most of these hosts are Solaris Sparc servers with 11g agent software monitoring oracle database, weblogic and SQL Server targets. Since this is not an upgrade and going to different OS environment for OMS server and repository database, i am looking for some expert advise and special steps involved.
