Install Base: Mass Update: Unable to search Expired Instance for Update
Hello All,
I am trying to update the ownership of an item instance.
It was mistakenly issued out instead of shipping on sales order. I need to update the ownership and current and install-at location to customer location.
When I create a batch of type "General" and try to add the instance, the instance search does not return the item instance.
I cannot use the "Chage Owner" type because the item was issued out of inventory and so does not have the owner account associated (It is assigned to Internal Party).
Is there some configuration change that allows to search for Expired Instance to add to Mass Update functionality?
