Calculate Tax working for one CO but not the other?

Hello,

In Payables the Calculate Tax button on the invoice workbench is working fine for one configuration owner (CO). So when entering invoice header and then item line with tax classification code, click the calculate tax button and a tax line is created with correct tax amount etc.

However, for another CO/OU the exact same setup, no tax lines are created when clicking the Caculate Tax button. This was working for this CO earlier this week but has suddenly stopped working.

I have done a comparison of setup between both COs as well as environments (as this is working in Development environment).
