When Doing Miscellaneous receipt error occured

Hi All,

         When I am doing Miscellaneous receipt while entering quantity system through error

ORA-01403 :  No Data Found

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandeled exception ORA-04062

Please refer screen shot attached for error details.

Please help me. Immediate reply will be appreciated. Thanks In Advance.
