Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I add custom qualifier in Territory Matching Attributes?

Hi,

This is related to the territory management at service level.

I have a requirement to add a custom table column as one of the territory qualifier.

I would need to check against a specific custom table column to perform territory assignment at SR level.

We are using R12.1.3

Can anyone guide me how to achieve this?
