Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Changing attribute to make item available for Internal Sales Orders

Hello, how are you doing? I hope well.

i would like to request assistance with a client requirement. The requirement and scenarios is:

Item is currently in use for PO and SOs
the item is not currently enabled for internal sales orders
The client would like to use internal sales orders as opposed to inter-organisation transfers.for the items. how would i achieve this
- the items have on hand quantities
- the items have open transactions (POs, SOs, etc)

Any help, notes and information would be greatly appreciated.
