pay_batch_element_entry_api.create_batch_line

We're on Oracle EBS 12.0.3. I'm using pay_batch_element_entry_api.create_batch_line api to create  BEE transactions. I'm trying to find out how to add costing information using this API and am not sure which fields to use.

Can someone provide some insight?
