eSupplier Portal - View PDF Option

Hi, I am looking for anyone that is using PeopleSoft eSupplier Connect 9.1.

We have run into issues with the Supplier's ability to select View PDF - basically retrieve a copy of the Purchase Order themselves through the portal. The Process that's started when the supplier selects the View PDF option is POPO005- which is also used internally.

When the Supplier attempts to view a copy of the purchase order, they are directed to an internal URL and receive either a new empty browser page or a 404 error. Our configure external access page is configured to the external server and the print option are via report repository.
