Extend Objective setting for a worker in PMS

I read it in oracle docs that oracle PMS has an option to extend the objective setting date in HR Professional V4.0 but when i saw it in my test instance in HR Professional V4.0 i cannot find that option (Extend Objective Setting for Worker).

Is there any way I can do it ?

Concurrent Program can be created or anything like that ? Suggestions are welcome
