BI Publisher generates incomplete xml output files for huge data

We are using BI Publisher 11.1.1.5 (full version - Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.5.0 (build# 53 on Fri Sep 16 17:09:48 PDT 2011))

While running scheduled jobs with xml as output format and SFTP as delivery, BIP is generating and writing the file at specified location. For small reports, files are getting generated fully and correctly. For reports having huge data, file is not generated completely. Once the file size reaches 91,906,794 bytes, it stops writing the file.

Report details.
1. Using auto generated RTF template.
2. Using sql query as data source for data models.

PFB some observations.

1. No error messages are coming in log file configured.
2. The status of those jobs are "Running" and there is no "End processing" time.
