iRecruitment Communications

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue with regards to Oracle iRecruitment:

well I have started a communication, and intend to communicate with the recruitment team only. when I send the message, created in communication applicants page in iRecruitment, only the applicants receive the message. and all the internal recipients do not receive the message, or a notification that they have been added to a communication.

Please help me, have I left out profile option, or is there an additional setting I have missed. also when creating the vacancy I only have Open/ Closed as communication status.

Application release is R12.1
