Calculate price from a price list

Hi Experts,

Please advise how following can be achieved:

Case:

I have three price lists associated to different customers:
1. Base
1. Base+15 % Markup (Surcharge based Modifier, which had price list as modifier)
1. Base+ 25 % Markup (Surcharge based Modifier, which had price list as modifier)
Maintain Price List: Base manually

Problem:

How to get the price on sales order using Price List: Base when customer have Price List: Base+15 % Markup or Price List: Base+25 % Markup associated/defaulted? (Purpose is to maintain just one price list, but still differentiate the price list. Not feasible to use customer as qualifier on modifier)
If on sales order line I change the Price List: Base+25 % Markup from Price List: Base+15 % Markup, the price list change is
